Description
This one is bought for the noise. Screeching Devils is a redeveloped 100 shot barrage built around paper whistles and tourbillions, so rather than the usual bangs you get a sky full of screaming, spinning, whirring sound — which is exactly why people either love it or buy something else.
Coloured tails climb with whistling all the way up, breaking into starbursts across red, green, blue and yellow, with brocade strobe bursts cutting through in red and gold. The tourbillions spin and screech as they rise, and it closes on a dense crackling finale that pulls the whole thing together.
At 70 seconds from a 20mm, 100 shot cake, the duration is the other selling point — it runs considerably longer than most cakes at this shot count, so it doesn’t feel rushed. Single ignition, one fuse, light it and step back.
If you’re building a display, this is the item that breaks up a run of pretty gold and colour cakes and wakes everyone up. Just be honest with customers about neighbours and pets — this is not a quiet firework.
